Mexican Meat Pockets

Here we go again with an easy dish. My family calls this, meat patties. I absolutely love this dish! It's so delicious! Every time my mom makes it, my family eats it all up. Enjoy!

  • Ground Beef (you can also use chicken)
  • 2 Crescent Rolls
  • 8 ounce of Cheddar Cheese (optional)
  • 2  Cans of Green Chiles (optional)
First, Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.  Then lay out the crescent rolls on a pan. Next, layer on the green onions, meat, and cheese. Finally, put on the top layer of the crescent and bake in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes. Then enjoy!

This dish is so fun and easy to make! It's probably one of my favorite dishes for dinner. You can add any toppings you want like sour cream, black olives, or tomatoes.

Pumpkin Rice Crispy Treats

Have I ever told you how much I love simple sweet treats? Well... I do! And this week, I want to share an ADORABLE treat with you. These pumpkin rice crispy treats are so cute! My family and I made them for our annual Halloween/Trick or Treating gathering and by the end of the night, they were all gone! They are so sweet and crunchy and I just love them!
  • 1 Bag of Marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter
  • 3/4 a Box of Rice Crispy's
  • Rolo (1 per pumpkin)
  • Green Frosting (for leaf)
  • Orange Food Coloring (we used red and yellow)
First, put the marshmallows and butter in a large bowl. Then, put the bowl in the microwave for 1 minute, then take out and stir and put back in the microwave for another minute. Next, add the orange food coloring (however much you want) and mix. After that, shape the mixture into ball forms, add the rolo on top(as the stem), and put green frosting by the rolo(as the leaf). Finally, ENJOY!
I told you it was easy! It was so much fun to make and eat. These treats made my Halloween one to remember. Enjoy!
Since these are so easy to mold, what would you make out of these? Comment below what you think!
