<div style="text-align: left;">
First, soak the yeast and the sugar in the water, and let sit until the yeast rises. Then, mix that with the milk, shortening, salt, eggs, and flour. Next, let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour. After you let rise, roll it out and shape it as hearts (make sure not to make them too thin, but be as creative as you would like). Once again, let it rise for 40 to 60 minutes. Then prepare your sugar and cinnamon in a bag to cover the donuts in. Now you can pot your donuts in and flip when a nice golden brown. When the donuts are cooked you can either coat them in sugar, or wait for them to cool and fill with jelly or cover in chocolate. Finally, Enjoy!</div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-indent: 0.5in;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: "calibri";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>What better day to go
to Dunkin’ Donuts then National Coffee Day! If you want fast service, low prices,
and fresh delectables, Dunkin’ Donuts is the place to go! My Dunkin’ Donuts
experience was very splendid. And here’s why. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-indent: 0.5in;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: "calibri";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>First, the prices were
low! My mom and I got lucky to go on national coffee day because they had a
special drop in prices. Since it was National Coffee Day my mom and I both got
coffee. I got a pumpkin spice latte of course! And each coffee only came out to
sixty six cents! Wow!<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: "calibri";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Next, the service was fast. And by fast I
mean super speedy. When my mom and I got there, we were out with our order
faster than you could say, “Dunkin’ Donuts!” There were also not very many
people in there because of such swift service. Not only was it fast, but each
and every worker had a big smile on their face ready to serve you. And with the
drop in prices, you would think it would be packed, but their rapid service
made it seem as if there was no one except employees.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: "calibri";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Finally, the donuts and coffee were fresh.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Once we ordered, they started to brew fresh
coffee right in front of us! It’s also said that they have fresh donuts every
morning. When my mom and I got our coffee, it was so piping hot! And our donuts
were still warm. It was perfect for the cold weather! Our hands were heated
with the coffee and fresh donuts in our hands. The donuts were scrumptious and sugary
and the coffee was addicting.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The
spectacular donuts just melted in my mouth and the enticing coffee just made my
insides feel heated.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: "calibri";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>My overall experience at Dunkin’ Donuts
was perfect! Not only was there fast service, low prices and fresh delectables,
but it all made my Monday morning brighter. The employees were so kind and the
donuts were perfect. It was definitely something I enjoyed! Dunkin’ Donuts is
definitely the place you should go!<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></div>

Enjoy!</u></span><br />
<span style="font-family: "calibri";"></span><br />
<span style="font-family: "calibri";"></span><br />
<span style="font-family: "calibri";"> Let’s start off with an introduction to a
very successful man, John. Having lived in Greece many years of his life, John
was ready for a change. He moved to America. He did many great things there.
All while being married and having kids. What did he do you ask? He opened up
his own business. That’s right, and there were multiple. He became very popular in
the business work zone. And that’s what we’re getting into.</span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "calibri";"> Have you ever wondered who the “soup king” was? John
Logethentis. He was very popular for his soups. He also opened many restaurants
over the country. John Had definitely lived his life to the fullest. He had
done many wonderful things not only for his business but for others too. And here’s
why.</span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "calibri";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>People traveled
from far and near to taste his soup. They knew what day he would make what soup
and they would come in all the time. The people loved his soup, it was soft,
light, heavy, creamed, anything you could imagine. He would make it.</span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "calibri";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Not only was he popular for his soups, but he
even opened his own restaurant. In 1972 he opened his own restaurant, Corfu. It
had plenty of delicious foods made in the style of American. Everyone loved it
there. The workers made fun friendships with each other and the customers. John’s
restaurant was definitely the place to be.</span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "calibri";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>How was John
going to make his business more popular? John had come up with an excellent
idea. Every year john would make a thanksgiving meal and give it out for free
to the homeless. Did you hear that? For free! John made everything you could
want and desire in a thanksgiving dinner. And for it to go to the homeless with
no pay, it truly made an impact on not just himself and the people he was
feeding, but for all those who don’t normally get a thanksgiving dinner.</span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "calibri";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>After his first Corfu restaurant closed down
from lack of business, John was not done with his business. He later expanded
his business, Corfu, to other parts of the country, mainly the east side. John
had had opened up about 10 other of his restaurants.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>John also opened up a waffle house while he
was expanding his Corfu business. And when Corfu was coming to an end, John
opened may other restaurants and shared his food with the country. He was a
very successful man.</span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "calibri";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As John aged, He began to get very tired
taking care of all his restaurants. He was ready to retire from the business
market.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>When his restaurant career came
to an end, John settled down in his home country, Greece, with his wife, Helen.
Now John has five kids and many grandchildren. Once a year, around Christmas,
John comes to America to spend the holidays with his kids and grandkids that
all live in America. He enjoys coming every year. So I bet we can all agree,
Johns life was lived to the fullest.</span></div>

Well my experience with the Grilled Chasers Food Truck was amazing! This past summer, every month on a selected Friday, 2 food trucks would set up at North Shore Hospital in Glenbrook for the day. One Friday my family decided to try it out. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"> They had Grilled Chasers Food Truck and another food truck. I of course chose the Grilled Chasers, because of my strong love for any and everything chicken... I ordered the Chicken Kabob and the garlic parmesan fries. The chicken kabob was perfectly cooked and had a mouth watering barbeque sauce. The garlic parmesan fries were flawlessly fried so that they were the perfect balance of crunchy and chewy. It smelled and tasted <em>DELICIOUS</em>! I definitely recommend trying out foods from this truck. Their website is </span><a href="http://www.grillchasers.com/"><span style="font-size: large;">http://www.grillchasers.com/</span></a><span style="font-size: large;"> . I <em>LOVED</em> my experience and I bet you will too!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Sorry this was such a short post! I swear I will try to post more quality blogs! I have many ideas for upcoming posts. Comment if you have any preferences on what <u>you</u> want to read in my next blog posts.</span><br />

<strong><u></u></strong>First, beat the eggs. Next, add the wet ingredients (sugar and pumpkin). Then, add the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cloves, and cinnamon). After that, add the vegetable oil and beat for 5 minutes (<strong>Warning</strong>: Do NOT forget to beat for 5 minutes because it takes all the time to mix). Finally, pour the batter into a buttered and floured pan (so they won't stick). Cook for 30 minutes in a "18x12" pan. Then let cool and add the frosting.<br />
